Hello! My name is Andrea Burton and I currently live in Portland, OR. I relocated to Portland from Asheville, NC in May of 2009.

I moved to Asheville in 1996 to attend UNC-Asheville and graduated with a B.S. in Multimedia Arts & Sciences in May 2001.

Since 2001, I have worked and continue to work as a project manager, web designer, developer and interaction designer. My skills include but are not limited to: XHTML/CSS, Content Management Systems, jQuery, Site Architecture development and planning and User Interface design. My current passion is Drupal and Drupal themeing and I have been immersed in the Drupal world since the fall of 2008.

I am a total web nerd. I am constantly keeping up with what is going on in the web development industry. I read blogs. I listen podcasts. I watch videos. I love every O’Reilly book ever written.
